A History Of Successful Case Results

FINRA regulatory action regarding Oppenheimer 's submarining material evidence in three FINRA arbitration cases filed and prosecuted. These arbitration cases resulted in payments to my clients totaling in excess of $3,580,000. As a result of Oppenheimer's concealment of evidence in these arbitration claims, FINRA ordered that Oppenheimer pay an additional $336,081.
